Our work is organised around five pillars: MICE, Trade Facilitation, Investment Facilitation, Strategic Partnerships and Market Research.
We work with corporates, governments, institutions, chambers of commerce and MSMEs. Engagements are right-sized, from a growing SME looking for buyers or partners, through to a state or national government planning an FDI attraction programme.
We support market entry end to end: market research and feasibility studies, policy and regulatory advisory, stakeholder mapping, partner and JV identification, site selection, GCC (Global Capability Centre) establishment and on-ground business representation, so you can move from strategy to operations with the right people around you.
For governments, we support FDI attraction and investor targeting, investment realisation, policy and incentive advisory, sectoral strategy, trade partnerships and international branding. We also organise delegations, roadshows and summits that put investors in front of decision-makers.
